EGS Survey launches USV Fremantle 01
EGS Survey, Australia-based hydrographic services provider, announced the launch of Unmanned Surface Vehicle Fremantle 01 in Fremantle, Australia.
Fremantle 01 is intended for hydrographic and geophysical survey in coastal conditions. The USV was built to operate remotely, autonomously or with a crew up to 200 nautical miles offshore and is supervised from EGS Survey’s Remote Operations Centre in Fremantle.

It is planned that before operation Fremantle 01 will pass few weeks of intensive trials and tests.
